Every customer program moves through a structured digital workflow—from quoting and engineering through production, inspection, supply chain, and delivery. Each layer is designed to work together, creating greater visibility, accountability, traceability, and control across the entire manufacturing process.

At the foundation is our Business Execution Layer, connecting our team, programs, engineering activities, production planning, and day-to-day execution. Above and alongside it is our Quality Management System, providing the processes and controls necessary to manage requirements, documentation, traceability, inspection, nonconformance, corrective action, and continuous improvement.

Our Manufacturing and Supply Chain Layers connect production activities with machines, tooling, materials, suppliers, outside processing, inspection, and part genealogy. This creates a digital thread that allows information to follow the work throughout its lifecycle.

Supporting the entire architecture is our AI and Internal Intelligence Layer. Novus is developing AI-assisted systems for quoting, engineering analysis, production planning, quality intelligence, documentation, decision support, and process optimization.

We are also exploring next-generation digital trust technologies to strengthen traceability and verification across the manufacturing and supply chain ecosystem.
